Tickets may be exchanged for a ticket of the same value (or upgraded) for any remaining 2012 Timber Rattlers regular season home game. (Based upon availability)
Rain checks can be exchanged in person at the Timber Rattler box office or over the phone by holding the tickets with a credit card. Phone orders are held at the will call window and can be picked up by turning in the rain checks. If the tickets are not picked up or the rain checks are not exchanged by the end of the game, the credit card will be charged.
Rain Tickets can NOT be exchanged online.
There will be NO REFUNDS on tickets.
