Construction progress in ten photographs

HAPPY NEW YEAR!

The post to ring in 2013 is about the progress on the construction at Time Warner Cable Field at Fox Cities Stadium.

I have been taking a photo almost every day since October 30.  I started from the same spot and began moving forward at about 20 steps every week until I reached the chain link fence.  I have been zooming in slowly through the same spot in the fence since reaching the boundary.

These are not all of the pictures.  The plan is to use all of them for a time-lapse video as the project nears completion.

Day One: October 30, 2012

I like the crane against the clouds in this one from November 5, 2012.

You can see the stairwells going up on either side of the crane against the bright, blue sky from November 13, 2012.

Notice the wall to the left and the scaffolding to the right on November 23, 2012.

The crane is moving steel as the camera has reached the fence on November 28, 2012.

The roof takes shape as the first snowfall during construction occurs on December 9, 2012.

The snow is gone, but you can see workers on the roof in this December 14, 2012 photo.

The snow is back in this one from December 21, 2012.

The activity is on the left with the workers up near the roof line two days after Christmas, 2012.

I zoomed out on January 1, 2013 to give a look at the entirety of the project. Notice that the crane is out of its spot in the center.
