The two former Timber Rattlers in the Australia Baseball League Preliminary Final were on the losing side.  The evergreen Carlos Maldonado was on the winning side in the Venezuelan Championship series and there are a few ex-Rattlers participating in the Caribbean Series that started in Hermosilla, Mexico over the weekend.

Stats are updated through Sunday.  To see the stats of ex-Rattlers who did not play in the last week, click here and here.

TO THE REPORT!

AUSTRALIA:
The Syndey Blue Sox lost a doubleheader to the Perth Heat in the ABL Preliminary Final to get swept out of the playoffs.  Yep.  Game one was rained out and they played a doubleheader for the playoffs.

Craig Anderson was the game one starter for Sydney.  He pitched well, but got a no decision.  Chris Snelling played in both games, but left for a pinch runner in the second inning of game two.  According to the play-by-play, Snelling tagged from second and made third base on a flyball to center and was replaced.  I hope he didn’t get hurt again.
